Gradated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a BSc hons in Sports Coaching and Development, thereafter joined a recruitment agency specializing in the education sector. Spent 7 years with this agency building relationships with clients across the local authorities, progressing from a trainee recruitment consultant to the Branch manager of the capital office. Outside the office Will enjoys participating in charity fundraising activities, most recently completing the Trek of Machu Picchu for the British Heart Foundation and San Francisco to Los Angles cycle for Velindre. Will also plays Semi-Professional rugby for Cardiff RFC.
